All of the day to day operations is done by our Multi-Family Residential Property Division under the direct supervision of Joel Rubnitz, President ABL Properties. The multi-family residential property management services are provided through GRGI’s sister company, ABL Properties. The residential property management division manages almost 1,000 units throughout Northern California. ABL prides itself in offering boutique-style management services to its clients. Because their multi-family property management portfolio is small, they can offer their clients the personalized attention that their assets deserve.
